Can I send more than one assessment to the same participant?

Yes. But there is really no need to send them the same assessment. If they took the Blind Spot Assessment - Lite Edition and you would like to provide them with a copy of the Expanded Edition report, you can download the report from the Resources menu and email it to them.

If you are sending a different assessment such as the Emotional Intelligence Blind Spots Assessment (once released), then follow these steps.

• Navigate to the Participant page.
  
  
• Find the Participant to whom you wish to send a different assessment.
  
  
• Click the Add Assessment plus sign icon.
  
  
• Complete the next screen just as you would from the Dashboard.
  
  

Note: There is never a reason to send a Participant more than one Blind Spot Assessment. Once their style has been determined by the completion of their first Blind Spot Assessment, you can simply send them any other report you would like to provide them.

If they completed a Blind Spot Assessment and you wish to send them one of the other assessments (when available), you may follow the above instructions.
