How to edit the Activation Email

Activation Email - this email is sent to new users on your account. It is also sent when a user changes their email. All user emails must be verified with this template.

1. Navigate to Administration > Email Templates.

2. Click Actions > Edit for the Activation Email.

You can rewrite the entire email as desired, including using the HTML editor to match your brand design.

Make sure you insert the appropriate tokens or the recipient might not get what they need from the email.

Mandatory Tokens:

%Activation.Email.URL%

This token is what triggers the email verification system.

It is not necessary to have the green Verify button in your custom design. It is there as a visual button for the above token.

All other tokens are option.
