What type of Email Notifications are sent?
There are currently four system notifications available. Each of them can be edited for customizations by your account administrator.
1. Assessment Link Email - this is the email the Participant receives inviting to complete the assigned assessment.
2. Activation Email - this email is sent to new users on your account. It is also sent when a user changes their email. All user emails must be verified with this template.
3. Participant Result Email - this is the email the Participant receives after they complete their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for them to receive the results.
4. Assessment Completed Email - this email notifies you when one of your Participants completes their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for you to receive this notification. You will receive the Participant's assessment results, their PDF report and additional information.
